- The AVPN conference is subject to a general no fundraising policy: (i) no direct or persistent soliciting of funding from delegates and (ii) no distribution of pitch books, flyers or other direct solicitation materials will be permitted.
- Authorised personnel engaged by AVPN may take photographs and videos of attendees who are online during this event. Such photographs and videos may be used by AVPN and event partners for their respective marketing and publicity purposes in print, electronic and social media. Your participation in the event is subject to your approval of your photographs potentially being used for this purpose. If you do not agree, please inform us before acceptance of a ticket. Additionally, with your permission, AVPN may identify attendees by name in such media.
- AVPN collects information when you use our Products, including when you register for an event or an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. We use the information we have to personalise features and content that are unique and relevant to you. This includes your preferences, interests and activities based on the data we collect and learn from you. At any time, you will be able to control the information you want to share in your AVPN profile page.
